About
Op. Dr. Salim Balin graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. He completed his general surgery residency at Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul and became a general surgery specialist in 2013.
Since 2013 he has worked as a general surgeon in public and private hospitals, and since 2020 he has run his own practice in Ataşehir, Istanbul. His work covers obesity management, advanced laparoscopic surgery, laser-assisted procedures, diabetic foot and chronic wound care, and traditional and complementary medicine.
In the practice, the suitable approach is planned after reviewing each patient's medical history and examination findings.
